What happens on the initial consultation call?
Our 90 minutes consultation call allows us to understand your unique situation, needs and goals. This is needed so we can ensure that our approach is tailored to your specific situation. During this call, we go deep into your intentions with your program, what impact you want to create and your thoughts about how it could happen. Through our discussion we will discover your strengths and trainer style and will find out where shifts can be done that helps you. We will find what feels right for you for optimizing how you teach your course, masterclass, workshop or deliver your speech.
How is the review being done?
Using our 25+ years of expertise in adult learning, brain-friendly learning, measuring program effectiveness and impact, plus numerous methodologies, modalities, formats and delivery methods in many areas of expertise, we focus on the structure, the flow, the amount of content and its "learnability" aspect. Our main question during this time is: "Is it easy for your audience to learn this this way?" Please note, this is NOT a detailed copy audit, nor functionality or technical testing, though those services are also available in a separate package.
Do I have to be available during the review?
It is possible that some questions may arise during the review. In that case, we will appreciate if you are available to answer our messages in case we need to contact you.
What do you deliver during the feedback call?
During the 60 minutes, we share our findings, answer your questions and lay out the suggestions that will make your course, workshop, masterclass or speech more engaging and inspiring, without losing your unique touch. After the call, we will send you a summary report of the findings and roadmap for next steps.
